All the vacant units are now filled with shiny, happy people. Lobby party tonight--outstanding to have friendliness and camaraderie again instead of bitch'n'moan.
Signore was gone a whole three months. He couldn't stay away and now inhabits a studio across the hall from his old apartment. Next time he rattles his chain about leaving, we'll have to do an intervention.
