Autumn: Still trying to rent the 3rd floor studio. Signore is settled and presumably content for the moment. The other 5 units now occupied by various & sundry colorful people. Huzzah!
Christmas: Somebody stole the lighted tree from the lobby. I kid not. The rest of the season just felt depressing. Usually I leave holiday decor up till the second week of January. Now it's all packed up and boxed away already.
Happy 2011. Now we have homeless people stashing their stuff around the front and using the back for their own personal potty. Wish I could help them, but this isn't a 401K foundation.
